SHIPPING INFO (VIA USPS)

Since most apparel is made to order you your patience is appreciated. It will take 1 week to made a new garment then it will be mailed. You should receive an email with a tracking number once your package has been shipped. Rest assured your package is in our system and will be heading your way soon! If it's been over four weeks feel free to email info@shopbriannamoon.com to double check. BRIANNA MOON is a very small team and it might take up to 72 hours during high volume times to hear back from the team, but rest assured you will definitely hear back. 

Items are sent as they are made so orders often are shipped separately. 


If the package is undeliverable because of missing or incomplete information cost of resending package will be invoiced to the customer.

Once your package leaves the warehouse you will be sent USPS tracking information to show an item's location. BRIANNA MOON is not responsible for packages lost or stolen. Stolen packages is a major issue and we recommend using a safe and secure delivery location when checking out. If you have an issue with lost or stolen package, please contact USPS.


CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS

BRIANNA MOON is made to order items which are made in RI. To continue our mission of minimal waste and a concentration on high quality clothing we offer a return for store credit only. Returns must be sent within 30 days of receipt of the product in order to receive store credit. Return credit cannot be applied towards future sales and/or promotions.  

The customer is responsible for paying return shipping.

If you have a problem with your order please reach out within seven days of receiving the order with photos attached and send to info@shopbriannamoon.com. All items prior to dispatch are photographed and checked for the utmost quality.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
